💨 Abstract

The Railway Ministry has established a 24/7 War Room in New Delhi, equipped with cameras at nine stations in Prayagraj, to monitor train movements and passenger services during the Maha Kumbh. Over two dozen officials are stationed in shifts to provide real-time advice to ground staff, preventing potential congestion or safety issues. The War Room facilitates coordination between district authorities and railway officials for immediate assistance and operational efficiency.
