💨 Abstract
An investigation into an illegal kidney racket, initiated by a farmer's complaint from Chandrapur, Maharashtra, uncovered a pan-India network involving agents, donors, doctors, and hospitals. The probe revealed multiple illegal transplants at a private hospital in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Six moneylenders and a fake doctor were arrested. The farmer, Roshan Kude, sold his kidney in Cambodia to repay a loan.
