💨 Abstract

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has objected to the proposal of a semester system in primary classes, stating it would add unnecessary pressure on children. She reprimanded Education Minister Bratya Basu for announcing the proposal without her approval. The CM said the current school system will continue and there will be no semester system in primary schools.
