A 42-year-old man, Safruddin, was arrested by Delhi Police for allegedly defrauding ATM users by swapping their cards and stealing money from their accounts. The incident came to light when Mohan Kumar Paswan noticed two men inside an ATM kiosk, one of whom snatched and replaced his card with a fake one.
