Delhi police have arrested a man from a de-addiction center for allegedly killing his friend over Rs 400 to purchase liquor. The incident occurred at Anand Vihar, where both men were laborers. After a verbal dispute, the accused, identified as Ankit, hit his friend Nirala on the head with a brick and took Rs 400 from his pocket.
