💨 Abstract

A 57-year-old man from Bengaluru was arrested by Mumbai police for creating a fake website to cheat vehicle owners under the pretext of registering high security registration plates (HSRP). The man, Vinod Vyankat Bawale, was accused of charging more money than the government of Maharashtra and cheating both vehicle owners and the government.
