In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, a 50-year-old man, Hira Lal, was killed after being run over by a car during a clash between two groups. The incident occurred in Rankoli village, and police have registered a case against 14 individuals on charges of murder. Lal's body has been sent for a postmortem examination, and no arrests have been made as of yet.
