💨 Abstract

Four individuals, including a juvenile, were arrested for allegedly stabbing a man named Saif alias Golu (29) to death in a drunken brawl in south Delhi. Saif, a resident of Sangam Vihar with a criminal background, was a known offender at the Tigri Police Station and had been externed due to his involvement in multiple criminal cases.
