A mother of Mangesh Yadav, an accused in a robbery case, alleges that he was killed in a fake encounter by police personnel including the Sultanpur superintendent of police. She has moved a plea in a court in Jaunpur seeking registration of an FIR against them. The court has sought a report from Buksa police station in-charge by October 11.
