💨 Abstract
Manipur Police have refuted the existence of a group called 'Kuki Zo Village Volunteers Eastern Zone' after it issued a threat against Meitei community members attending the upcoming Shirui Lily Festival. Police advised the public to disregard the directive and assured security for the event. The NSCN condemned the group's threats, asserting that the supposed 'Kukiland' does not cover Ukhrul district. Meanwhile, a different Kuki group denied any affiliation with the threatening organization.
