💨 Abstract
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin paid tribute to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, crediting him for laying the foundation for India's growth through his economic policies and for granting classical language status to Tamil during his tenure. Singh served as Finance Minister during an economic crisis and was appointed Prime Minister in 2004, following the victory in elections. He remained in power for a decade and several schemes were implemented during his rule.
