💨 Abstract

In Latehar, Jharkhand, a member of the outlawed Jharkhand Jan-Mukti Morcha (JJMP) was injured in a police encounter. The incident took place in Semarkhad village near the Latehar-Lohardaga border on Tuesday night. The extremists fired at the police, who retaliated, and a weapon was recovered during a search operation. The injured militant was taken into custody and sent for treatment.
