Kiran Singh Deo, an MLA from Chhattisgarh, has been unopposed elected as the BJP's Chhattisgarh president for a second term. The announcement was made by BJP general secretary Vinod Tawde at a program in Raipur. Deo is a leader from the Bastar region, a first-time MLA, and a member of the Kshatriya community.
