In Maharashtra's Thane district, a case has been filed against a mother-son duo for alleged rape and assault on a 36-year-old woman. The crime, which reportedly occurred between June 2023 and February 2025, involved the accused man, a resident of Kalwa, luring the woman into a relationship under the false promise of marriage, and allegedly raping her with his mother's knowledge.
