💨 Abstract

The Special NIA court in Mumbai has granted interim bail for 18 days to Mahesh Raut, an accused in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist link case, to allow him to appear for his law degree exams. Raut was arrested in 2018 and is currently in Taloja jail.
