The Delhi Police have arrested a 22-year-old man, Hemant Kumar Jha, wanted in a two-year-old murder case. He was a proclaimed offender in a culpable homicide attempt case and had another similar case against him in Samaypur Badli. Jha had been evading arrest by frequently changing disguises and locations. He was finally arrested near Haiderpur Metro Station on Friday and confessed during interrogation.
