💨 Abstract
A group of Muslim leaders associated with the Congress met Imran Masood, a member of the Joint Parliamentary Committee on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, in Ajmer, expressing opposition to the bill's provisions. They submitted a memorandum asserting that Waqf is a religious matter of the Muslim community and interference is not acceptable. The opposition claims the bill targets Muslims and violates the Constitution.
