Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella praised the Agricultural Development Trust (ADT) of Baramati, Maharashtra for using AI to help farmers. ADT, founded by Sharad Pawar and his brother in 1968, is committed to bringing latest technologies to farmers and working with Microsoft to optimize their use. The Trust initially focused on constructing percolation tanks in drought-prone areas for water supply.
