In West Bengal's Nadia district, a fast track court sentenced three individuals, including a woman, to life imprisonment for abducting and trafficking a minor girl from Bangladesh in 2021. The trio, comprising two touts and a local handler, deceived the girl with a job offer in India but sold her for sexual exploitation in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi.
