💨 Abstract
The Nagaland government has distributed 23 refrigerated trucks to farmer producer organizations (FPOs) from eight districts, aiding local farmers in transporting produce to markets. The initiative, funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is aimed at easing the transportation challenge in the state. The FPOs have been trained at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, with master-trainers to further educate other FPOs on using the vehicles.
