💨 Abstract

On January 22, an alleged safety department oversight almost caused an accident in the Agra division of the Railways, as the Lalgarh Superfast Express loco pilot didn't adhere to the caution speed between Kitham and Farah stations. The train crew is believed to be not at fault, as the responsible departments did not inform them about the speed restriction.
