Three foreign crew members, two Chinese and one Indonesian, suffering from severe burn injuries aboard the Panama-flagged bulk carrier MV Heilan Star were rescued off the Goa coast on Friday. The operation was a joint effort between the Indian Navy and the Coast Guard. The fourth crew member had unfortunately succumbed to injuries. The medical evacuation took place early Friday, and the rescued crew were flown to a civil hospital for further care.
