💨 Abstract
In the second phase of Jharkhand elections, 48% voter turnout was recorded in the first six hours. Polling is being held in 38 assembly constituencies across 12 districts. The ruling JMM-led INDIA bloc and the BJP-headed NDA are in competition. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leaders Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi have urged voters to exercise their franchise.
