💨 Abstract

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has ordered the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to investigate the alleged illegal operation of ready mix concrete (RMC) plants in northeast Delhi's Sabhapur Extension. The plants, accused of violating environmental rules and causing air and noise pollution, are under scrutiny. The NGT has given DPCC three months to take remedial and punitive action if the allegations are found true.
