💨 Abstract

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has taken notice of a Lokayukta report on two lakes in Bengaluru, Karnataka, finding blocked stormwater drains and encroachments as major issues. Vibhutipura Lake's entrance gate, fencing, and premises were found damaged, with low water levels due to a blocked outflow path. Doddanekundi Lake faced similar issues.
