Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met the incoming Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and outgoing Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at the Raj Bhavan on December 31. Khan, who arrived in Patna the previous day, expressed his intentions to discharge his duties in accordance with Bihar's glorious tradition. The meeting was described as a courtesy call by the Chief Minister's Office.
