Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has instructed officials not to offer bouquets or police guard of honor when he visits any district. A communication from his secretariat, signed by Additional Chief Secretary Vikas Kharge, has been sent to all district collectors, police commissioners, and superintendents. The order states that no officer should receive bouquets and the customary police guard of honor should be discontinued.
