PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti stated that the next government in Jammu and Kashmir will be secular and that her party's support is necessary for any government formation. She responded to Prime Minister Modi's "three families" remark by stating that Mufti Mohammad Sayeed raised the Indian flag high in Kashmir when the National Conference talked about joining Pakistan.
