💨 Abstract

In New Delhi, a court granted bail to a man accused of rape and criminal intimidation, stating that his custody was not necessary and a chargesheet had been filed. The court observed that the man had been in custody since October 2024, the investigation was complete, and the chargesheet filed. The man was directed to furnish a bail bond of Rs 25,000 and two sureties of the same amount.
