đź’¨ Abstract
The Noida Authority has issued a notice to the Sector 44 Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) for allegedly misleading residents about the features of their upcoming club. The RWA misrepresented the sanctioned plan by portraying a parking area as a lush green belt, implying luxurious facilities. Residents have raised concerns about parking issues and the lack of promised amenities like a swimming pool or gym. The RWA president acknowledged the notice and promised a response after internal discussions.
