💨 Abstract

Four individuals aged 19-22 were arrested by Noida police for extorting money from people on a dating app for the LGBTQ community. The accused, who created fake profiles, lured victims into physical relationships, then blackmailed them with evidence obtained during the interactions. The gang, active for 3-4 months, confessed to targeting over half a dozen people and extorting cash, online payments, and jewellery.
