Delhi CM Atishi has declared a medical emergency due to hazardous air quality caused by stubble burning in North India. She accused the BJP-led central government of politicizing the issue and not taking steps to control stubble burning in states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.
