💨 Abstract
A judicial commission, led by retired high court judge Chittaranjan Das, has begun an investigation into allegations of police torture of an Army officer and sexual assault of his fiancée in Bhubaneswar, India. The commission will seek statements from all stakeholders, publish a public notice, and accept affidavits within 21 days. The five officers involved were suspended and applied for anticipatory bail.
