💨 Abstract
A judicial commission, led by retired high court judge Chittaranjan Das, has initiated an investigation into allegations of police torture of an Army officer and sexual assault of his fiancee in Bhubaneswar. The commission will gather statements from all concerned parties, and the public is asked to submit affidavits within 21 days. The police officers involved in the incident have applied for anticipatory bail. The commission's report is due within 60 days.
