A headmaster in a government primary school in Jajpur district, Odisha, has been issued a show cause notice for attending school in a drunken state. The school managing committee and some parents reported the incident to the Block Education Officer, who demanded the teacher's immediate transfer due to frequent inebriated behavior. A video showing the teacher lying on the road near the school has gone viral on social media.
