Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha emphasized the need for complete elimination of terrorism and its ecosystem for the development of the region. He chaired a meeting with senior civil and police officers and stressed on taking exemplary action against those aiding the terror ecosystem. The meeting reviewed the progress of development projects and the security situation. Sinha directed Deputy Commissioners to expand public outreach programs and saturate all government schemes, and emphasized speedy infrastructure development.
