Union Minister Jitendra Singh reported that over 56 lakh public grievances were addressed under the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) from November 2022 to February 2025. There are currently 59,946 pending cases. The government is developing a new IT solution for the grievance system, integrating it with Common Service Centers for rural access.
