💨 Abstract

Haryana's Urban Local Bodies Minister Vipul Goel reported that from January 2024 to date, 56,615 stray animals have been rehabilitated in 'gaushalas', 25,325 dogs have been sterilized, and 41,152 monkeys have been sent to forest areas. The state is also building cow sanctuaries and increasing budget for cow protection and fodder.
