💨 Abstract

The JPC meeting on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill was held in Lucknow, attended by state officials, Muslim organizations, and the Uttar Pradesh government. State Minority Welfare Minister Rajbhar stated that the government aims to benefit poor Muslims by waqf properties, while those opposing the bill are suspected of illegally occupying waqf land.
