In Maharashtra's Latur, a peon from the Child Development Project Officer's office was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000. The accused, Bhagwan Rohidas Bansode, was allegedly demanding Rs 80,000 from a complainant to help her secure an Anganwadi assistant position.
