Shiv Sena (UBT) secretary Varun Sardesai, a poll debutante and maternal cousin of Aaditya Thackeray, is confident of winning the Bandra East seat in Mumbai's upcoming state elections. He believes that voters will choose an educated candidate over party hoppers.
