💨 Abstract
The Kerala High Court has temporarily suspended the sentences of four accused, including a former CPI(M) MLA, who were convicted for the 2019 murder of two Youth Congress workers in Periya, Kasaragod district. A CBI court had previously sentenced 10 individuals to life imprisonment and five years for the four suspended accused. The case involves political rivalry between CPI(M) and Congress workers.
