Union Minister for Agriculture Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Bihar in February to distribute benefits under the pro-farmer scheme Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Chouhan also stated that the BJP will win the upcoming Delhi elections, and the Aam Aadmi Party will be on its way out.
