💨 Abstract
A 36-year-old man from Jammu and Kashmir was detained in Gujarat's Kutch district after he attempted to cross the border into Pakistan to meet a woman he met online, believing it was possible through Kutch. The man, Imtiyaz Sheikh, was found to be mentally unsound, and authorities determined no threat existed, releasing him later in the day.
