The parents of a woman doctor who was raped and murdered at R G Kar Hospital in Kolkata accuse West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of trying to shield the "main conspirators" behind the crime and failing to protect the victim. They claim evidence was destroyed and the larger conspiracy aspect of the crime was overlooked by the police, hospital authorities, and the ruling TMC.
