💨 Abstract

In the second phase of Jammu and Kashmir's assembly election, over 2.5 million voters are deciding the fate of 239 candidates for 26 seats, including Omar Abdullah, former chief minister. Voting began at 7 am across 26 assembly constituencies spread over six districts, with 3,502 polling stations established.
