A 35-year-old man named Dinesh Gaikwad was arrested by the Government Railway Police in Mumbai for allegedly cutting a woman's hair at Dadar railway station. The incident occurred on Monday while the woman was walking towards the western line. Gaikwad, who works in a private firm, was held the next day from Mumbai Central station. He admitted to targeting the woman due to her long hair.
