The Bombay High Court has ordered a fair and impartial investigation into the shoot-out death of Akshay Shinde, a sexual assault case accused, expressing doubts about his ability to seize a pistol from a police officer and fire back. The court has also questioned why he was shot in the head and not in the limbs.
