An Ernst & Young (EY) office in Pune, India, which employs around 100,000 people, has been operating without a necessary state permit regulating work hours since 2007. This revelation comes after the death of a 26-year-old audit executive, Anna Sebastian Perayil, whose mother blames a high workload for her death.
