💨 Abstract

Opposition members were suspended from a parliamentary panel meeting on the Waqf Amendment Bill on Friday, amid protests and accusations of the chairman steamrolling through the proceedings. The chairman accused Trinamool Congress leader Kalyan Banerjee of abusing him and disrupting the meeting, while opposition members claimed the proceedings were being rushed through for the Delhi assembly elections.
